The facility is spotless, however it is a little hard to get to without a car and it is 20mins away from the city center (but near the airport though!). Nevertheless, the agent present is very helpful and kind.

When we got there we had to wait because the rep was taking a break. Registration was fine. Facility was clean enough. Don't like that admin fee, key fee, insurance was twice that of the monthly fee I was advertised

I worked with Malcome on Saturday and someone different the week prior. Both staff members were very helpful and courteous. The facility is bright and clean. The only thing I would change is having more carts available to assist with moving storage items.

This place is clean and the workers there go above and beyond. Make sure you bring your own lock or you have to pay $16 for there lock. That's my only issue. Other than that the place is great.

Pricing was good for the unit. Cleanliness of the facility is not bad there are some little mess from other units that was on the floor. Make sure to call before coming to sign lease as there might be anyone there or they may not be available.

Not only is the place clean, well lit & most importantly clean, but the customer service is top notch. I wasnât able to get there until close to 3pm in Sunday when the office was closing and the gentleman who helped me, Malcolm, was patient, very nice & very knowledgeable. The storage space I reserved wasnât large enough so he took his time to help me find one that was.
