I checked out the facility last month and got on Feb 29. Both ladies explained process thoroughly, from contract, fob, keys, entrance, and helped me with small issues of storing items for a few minutes. They showed me how the lock worked, and helped me when I had problem first time with it. Processing was more like 10 minutes, not 20. Facility very clean. Price for unit of this side reasonable, discussed what special best for my circumstances, and I got best for me. The two ladies were pleasant, thorough, respectful and very helpful. Location on Rhawn Street excellent for Rhawnhurst, Burlholme, and Fox Chase. Excellent experience.

After moving for 7 hours coming here and setting everything up was the most relieving part of my day. Easy access and the ramp in the back lead right to my storage container.

Ordered my unit online and went after work to do the paperwork. I worked with Kim who was AWESOME and the process was very easy. She showed me to my unit and it was extremely clean in all areas. The neighborhood is also good so no worries about theft. Their security system seems to cover all areas of the building and units. Only thing that wasn't great was the 28.00 charge for the lock but Kim was so pleasant that a 28.00 lock didn't become my usual bartering session. Overall great experience. Would recommend using them for your storage needs.
