Good place to store your belongings!

After renting a storage garage here for 2 weeks of packing up my things they lock it without notification. When I came to see the storage the manager failed to tell me that there was a lock on it before I went upstairs to look. I had to come back downstairs get the key and unlock it myself. After giving her back the key I shared that it was fine and I would be back at a later date with my belongings. I come back 10 days later, got in with my code to find "MY" storage with a yellow lock and note that reads "unit cleaned and ready to Rent" as if I wasn't already paying for it. Yes I called customer care and confirmed my unit number and status which was in good standing. I will be canceling my storage at this facility. The service meets the bargain price. I do not recommend.
